CUSTOMER SERVICE


Seems like nowadays, anyone can hang a shingle.
Anyone can have a webpage, and with so many
YELLOW page/Phone directories out there,
anyone with a little extra start-up cash,
can place ads and submit to all the search engines, too!

SO what does this mean?

Recently, while searching for a gift basket,
to give as a gift, I looked in our local YELLOW PAGES
directory.

I called the first three places listed, (in alphabetical order)
The first two, I left messages, the third wouldn't even
accept my blocked call...HUMMMMM...guess they
didn't really want my business..

FOR two days, I called the two different places
with no luck! (and I left messages).

NO RESPONSE!

MY point??????

Even good ads or wonderful webpages won't be
doing these businesses much good.

SERVICE-Actually answering the phone, or phone
messages, or emails, is what will get you customers.

AND Service, is what keeps them coming back!

CUSTOMER loyalty is built. To have a good customer
you must be a good merchant.

GET testimonials on your web page, get testimonials
in your shop, have the book in plain sight.

THE actual proof of course, is in the PUDDING..

SHOW them, you are worthy of their business &
you won't fail!
