I've been building businesses online for almost two years. Through working with various mlms I've learned that the most important thing to me is people. Yes, I want to make money, but there are many ways to do that solo. Recently I saw an interview with the rock star Bono on tv and he spoke about corporations and making money. He said if you want to work alone, be a potter. He said that in all honesty, when his band U2 goes on tour, they're doing it to sell their music. And he said they won't sell their souls, they give that away for free.

This got me thinking. Many people work online because sitting in front of their computer they CAN work alone. They can be anonymous; if they want to, they can just play it like a numbers game; keep sending out the ads, keep signing up referrals, keep gaining new customers, and never take a phone call, meet a person in the flesh, or even send a personal email. They can use autoresponders and just keep working until they get enough people working on THEIR own.

Yes, I want to make money. Yes, I am selling products and services. But I want to work with people. I want to make money, but I also will never sell my soul. I put my heart and soul into whatever I do, but I do that for free. What gives me the deepest satisfaction is knowing that I am helping someone else.

I like to work with people one on one. If I can find 5 people willing to work as hard, as consistently, as PERsistently, as myself, I can succeed in any business. Because I CAN find 5 people, and I CAN help them find 5 people. Five people that become friends, partners, successes.

I was schooled many years ago in how to write. Writing has been my passion all my life. I can write essays, articles, ad copy, letters...you name it. I know how to get started making money online whether you are broke or have money to invest. I know where some of the best autosurf for cash programs are, the most effective safelists, the most productive traffic exchanges. I have a list of over 100 places to submit articles online. I have a list of ezine directories. I only recommend resources that I have used successfully. I know basic html and the essentials of building a good webpage. Not a webpage on steroids, like much of the hype you find online. I know what sells. But it also sometimes annoys. I would rather guide, mentor and occasionally amuse.
