free" when it reaches the market. The threshold value from
which duty taxes are usually applied varies from country to
country, generally in the range from 25 to 50 $US. |

| Q. Why is Air Mail "Free"? |
| A. To simplify the order form. The cost is "included

| Q. Are the mailing times
shown on the General Info Delivery page guaranteed? |
| A. No. Air Mail deliveries can be affected by mailing problems
in the destination country. The average delivery time is 8 - 14 days. |
| Q. I bought five cartons
of cigarettes one week ago and I have only received one carton.
Is that normal? |
| A. Yes. The cartons are shipped on the same day
but only rarely reach destination together. The time between
the first and the last delivery is in average 2 to 3 days in
Europe and the Mediterranean area and 5 to 10 days in the rest
of the world. |
| Q. What happens if I
am not at home when the parcel arrives? |
| A. No signature is required to deliver the parcel.
Consequently, the postman will leave the parcel in your mailbox
(providing it is big enough to contain the parcel, i.e. 18 x
28 x 3 cm). |

carton separate delivery" mean? |
