Responsibilities: Newly formed committee as of June 2, 2005 Board meeting. This committee will be responsible for tracking and recording club events, fundraisers, and general club activities for the benefit of the succeeding committee chairs and members to use as a reference guide. Also keep the bylaws up to date. The committee will updated this record each year.
