Is There Life Before Death?

This may seem a strange question because, mostly, people question if there is life after death. You might say, "of course there is life before death." I agree that we all have physical life but have you received the Free Gift of eternal, spiritual life from God through The Lord Jesus Christ? The question we each need to answer in this life is "Am I born again to new life through what The Lord Jesus Christ has done?" The Bible tells us that faith in The Lord Jesus Christ is the only foundation there is for eternal life, life before death.

This website has been set up out of a concern to share with you the truth about peace with God through the Free Gift of The Lord Jesus Christ Who is The Friend of Sinners. This site is about the message of the need for repentance and faith that The Lord Jesus proclaims to the world. The Lord Jesus warns His hearers to repent while there is time, that they might seek to receive the free gift of Salvation before it is too late. It is about why The Lord Jesus was born into the world. It is about why His death on the cross at Calvary in the place of sinners like you and I is such an important fact. This site seeks to explain something about Who The Lord Jesus is, how he paid the ransom to deliver people without hope from judgement, the power of sin and satan and how The Lord Jesus gives to all who trust in Him, as a free gift, the only righteousness that is acceptable to God .

Much has been written and said about The Lord Jesus, The Free Gift of God. I have heard The Lord Jesus described as a failure in what he set out to do. It was argued His enemies defeated Him when they crucified Him on the cross. What really counts is what He has said about Himself not only by His words but also by His deeds.

The Bible tells of many wonderful things that The Lord Jesus has done. Who but The Lord Jesus Christ could, merely by speaking a few words, heal a man from leprosy? Who but Jesus Christ, The Son of God could deliver a man from paralysis? Who but The Lord Jesus Christ could bring back to life a dead person on the way to their funeral? Who but The Eternal Son of God, The Lord Jesus Christ could control a storm simply by speaking to it? Even when confronted by satanic power The Lord Jesus overcame the devil and cast it out.

This site is about something that is really wonderful and it is completely free. Entry into the kingdom of God through what The Lord Jesus Christ has done is not something that anyone can buy or earn or steal. The only way anyone can receive the free gift that this site is about is if it is given as a Free Gift from God through what The Lord Jesus Christ has done by coming into the world 2000 years ago.

This website is about two ways of life and, particularly, the way of life given as a free gift by God to all who come to realise their need and ask The Lord Jesus to give them the free gift of eternal life.

The first way of life is lived by everyone, it is the kind of life people are born to and the one that comes naturally to us - it is the way we prefer by nature. It is the way of life in which people are comfortable with offending God, perhaps unaware of the consequences they face for breaking His law. The second way of life is only by The Free Gift of The Lord Jesus Christ, the only gift you can buy without money.

This second way of life is not decided upon as someone might make a New Years Resolution, nor is it by following a set of rules, it comes only to those who trust Gods well-chosen gift - The Lord Jesus Christ.

Living all your life following the first way of life is to reject The Free Gift of God - The Lord Jesus Christ. The choice to continue in the first way of life, described in Gods Word the Bible, as the way of this world is to choose all that goes with the way of the world, conflict and suffering, war, racism and deceit and to ignore the danger of a life of ignoring God and of disobedience to His law.

Everyone who receives this free gift from God and sets out in the Way of God finds eternal peace and safety. Such a person finds themselves under the eternal care of The Lord Jesus and His Father God in Heaven. The Bible plainly states that all who follow The Lord Jesus are kept in eternal safety. The Lord Jesus Christ gives the free gift of peace with God and deliverance from His righteous judgement. The Lord Jesus brings His people to such a close relationship with God that the Bible says that God actually dwells with His people. Do you know this relationship with your God?
