By the way, if the business or homeowner has good credit, they pay NOTHING for the hardware or the installation, the only expense is the monthly monitoring. If the business or home owner has credit problems, we can still offer them a very reasonable deal with a modest upfront cost.

Problem credit customers with an existing system, can have their system activated for $24.95 per month, (three months due upfront) along with a $34.95 activation fee. Then beginning with the fourth month after activation, they would begin paying $24.95 per month for the monitoring service.

If we install a system for a customer with credit problems, we must collect $179.95 plus the first month's monitoring fee of $29.95 + tax. We go over all this when we sit down with the customer.

We offer you a referral fee of $25, whenever you refer someone with credit problems. Credit requirements are more stringent with the wireless systems.

As soon as I receive my commission, I want to pay you your referral fee. I can do this instantly, if you have a PayPal account.

With this service, you can send and receive money instantly online. I would send your referral fees from my PayPal account, which draws on my business checking account.

You would get the funds in your PayPal account, which would then be deposited in the checking account that you linked to your PayPal account. Of course, you do need a checking account and an email address to set this up.

If you need help obtaining a checking account, let me know. I have found a way to get you a checking account and/or a debit card, even if you're in Chex Systems.

Paying you electronically, allows both of us to track referral payments more efficiently, and to keep our accounting records in order.

If you earn more than $599 in referral fees, I will send you a 1099 IRS form, so that you can report your earnings. Remember you are responsible for reporting your earnings to all appropriate taxing authorities.

You do not have to provide a Social Security number to us, until your earnings exceed $599. Then I have to collect this information, so that I can comply with the tax laws.

If a church, social club, or professional organization is interested in an excellent fund raiser, you can tell them about these alarm systems.

If you only had 100 good credit referrals per month, that translates to a $10,000 payout for you. Realistically, you probably will never do 100 referrals by yourself, but with others helping you, this becomes very attainable.
