We are the investment adviser of the Pennsylvania Avenue Funds, parent of the Pennsylvania Avenue Event-Driven Fund, a mutual fund investing in merger arbitrage, distressed securities, capital structure arbitrage and proxy fights. We also act as transfer agent and administrator for this fund. Please contact the fund directly with any questions or if you would like to obtain a prospectus.

We provide our investment advisory services to mutual funds only. We do not advise individuals, endowments, corporations, or other non-fund entities.
