married Mary unknown Carrell circa 1786. He died circa 1827 in Territory, AL.

A. Stephen Carrell was born on 17 July 1787 at GA/SC. He married Anne Locke, daughter of Francis Locke and Blanche Rutherford, on
1 April 1810 at Rutherford Co., TN. He died on 27 February 1846 at
Lawrence Co., TN, at age 58.

D. Charles Carrell Jr married Rutha Hagewood. He was born say 1795 at
per D.Cross b. 1806.
E. Asa Carrell was born circa 1796 at AL. He married Elizabeth Wallace,
daughter of James Wallace and F&MNU Wallace, on 15 May 1821. He died circa
1849.

2. James Wallace Jackson Carrell died unknown. He was born in 1827.
3. Edith Vanilla Carrell was born on 19 May 1829 in AL. She
married Newton Marion Watkins, son of Henry Bryan Watkins and Elizabeth
Sheffield, on 9 November 1847. She died on 16 March 1913 at age 83 and is
buried at Clinton Cemetery, Clinton, MS.
We have a copy of the marriage license in files. Her 3 daughters
ran a boarding house in Clinton on North Monroe Street. (2nd lot from
Clinton Blvd. on right) Charles, a M.D. and John a pharmacist had a
drug store in business area. Property is now a parking lot for
FBC, Clinton, MS. Many family members buried in Clinton Cemetery, all
with well marked tombstones. Graves are East side near fence marking
cemetery line - About half way between entrance and South side.
4. Elvira Francis Carrell married not known Ficklin. She Alternate
husband is : James or Francis Carter md. 12-19-1848. She was born in
1835. She died in 1907 at 1442*P Don Cross died c 1900.
5. Sara Glafira Carrell married Not known Smith. She was born in
1837. She died in 1871.
6. Asa Leonidas Carrell was born after 1838 (per *P Don Cross
1850).
F. Kate Carrell married not known Ellis. She was born say 1798.
G. Francis Carrell married not known Robertson. She was born say 1799.
H. Freeman Carrell married unknown Wesson. She was born say 1800.
I. Jane Carrell was born say 1801. She married Abner Wesson on 17 May
1842 (AL Society of DAR, Some Alabama Marriage Records, Shows marriage
of Jane Carroll to Abner Wesson, 17 May 1842 on page 331.).
J. Elizabeth Carrell married not known Sanderson. She was born say
1802.
K. Greve Carrell was born say 1803 (per Kaye*P name=Grief) b.ca 1823.
He married Mary Adeline Love on 19 November 1840 (Ibid., G. H. Carroll
to Polly A. Love 19 Nov, 1840.). He died in 1850.
