The Person:

Kenny Pinchbeck was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada and moved to B.C. as a young boy in 1970. He has lived in Vernon, British Columbia since 1978. He is a dedicated and extremely involved single father of 4 boys (Bryant, Sheldon, Victor Speed and Daytona Cruz). Kenny has spent the last 9 years building his own automotive company to the success it is today.

Kenny’s Career As a Teen:

Kenny began his career in racing many years ago just for the fun of it. He has always had “speed and power” in his blood. He began as a teen building his own cars and racing at the local quarter mile strips and paved ovals always placing in the top 3 of his division. Even as a teen he was always a fan favorite having time for everyone he met and always hamming it up with his cars whenever he could.

Kenny’s Mudbogging Days:

As Kenny grew so did his need for more power. He proceeded to begin builder Mud Boggers. Again being the fan favorite he placed 2nd in Nakusup, B.C. in 1997 and 3rd in Lumby B.C. Kenny traveled all over British Columbia and parts of Washington with his Bogger always enjoying the competition.

Demolition Times:

While he enjoyed bogging he discovered that smashing cars could be exciting as well. This led him to the Armstrong, B.C. Demolition Derby where he placed 2nd overall. He was fast becoming popular for showing his stuff always in new and exciting ways.

His Needs Fulfilled:

Still Kenny was missing something in his life……...SPEED! His need and his first love just wouldn’t die so he turned to stock car racing. In 1998 he began building his first stock car. Always being totally involved in his car’s creation, he began looking for the right team to assist his new ventures, thus coming up with his pit crew which have all been with him for several number of years.

Kenny soon found out that not only did he love stock car racing, but that stock car racing agreed with him. As the years passed his cars became a stronger force to be reckoned with. His experience as a mechanic and his new crew were able to gain in 1st place in his first seven street stock races. Kenny also received the “Hard Charger” trophy for the 1998 season at the Pentiction Speedway. Kenny was now racing on the Pro Racing Circuit traveling through B.C. and parts of the U.S.

He always has a goal in sight for the season and this season is no exception. Kenny is currently in the lead for Rookie of the Year” in the Late Model Sportsman Division and working on Points Championship at the Pentiction Speedway. He plans to receive these awards only with the help of his crew and through all of their hard work, determination and dedication.

His Fans:

Even though Kenny has always lived on the edge being a real thrill seeker he is also a people person. He never turns down the opportunity to take his car to schools, charity events, shopping malls, parades and anywhere else he might draw a crowd, and crowd he does draw. Being the father of 4 sons, he has always loved the little fans most. He has never turned down a child when he/she has questions or wants an autograph and he usually has a special something to hand out to each child. The children flock to Kenny as they instinctively can feel his love for children. That does not mean that Kenny doesn’t give his time to the adult fans, he always makes sure that they also can approach him at anytime.

His Sponsors (Partners):

Kenny has learnt through experience that his sponsors are the real reason that he is able to have an outstanding car to race and always shows his appreciation through photo shoots, business functions and always adds a personal thank you at the races. His sponsors have never been disappointed and always feel that they are true partners of Kenny’s. Kenny likes to give them all as much recognition and exposure as possible and this in part is the reason that he is seen in so many different cities and events.

In Closing:

Kenny is looking forward to spending many more years racing and pleasing crowds. Through his determination and dedication Kenny will always be a force on the circuit. He would like thank all of his fans, sponsors, family and friends who have supported him throughout his career. He would also like to express a special thank you to his pit crew for which he knows he would be lost without them. He looks forward to seeing you all at the track!
