LLOYD ENTERPRISES, INC. started as a concept of providing a source of employment for the Lloyd family members, encompassing two different entities:

   1. R&B SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
   2. R&B BUILDING MAINTENANCE

 

In 1998 R&B ENTERPRISES was incorporated under the corporate name LLOYD ENTERPRISES, INC.  

R&B BUILDING MAINTENANCE was founded in 1994 in Portland Oregon as a Janitorial business operated by Barbara Lloyd, Ronnie Lloyd Jr., Jacob Charles Lloyd and Daniel Lloyd. Stacy Lloyd is currently the managing director of R&B Building Maintenance The company has had contracts with:

• Gentle Dental

• Pyramid Computer Company

• Avia Tennis Shoes

• Johnstone Company

• Filter Technology

 

R&B SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT was founded in 1994 the first contract awarded was with United Grocers. The companies that have contracted with R&B SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT were:
