The Highland Festival Association of Scotland Connecticut wishes to recognize the efforts and sacrifices made by students who are pursuing post secondary school education and still use significant amounts of their Individual time toward a Scottish arts program within their school. Further, the Association recognizes that because of the significant number of hours dedicated to their chosen Scottish Art Form, these students are not able to have extra job opportunities available to them due to time limitations.
