Congratulations to Vestal Nirchi's, 2008 STABL Champions! Nirchi's defeated the Black Sox in the championship game, by a score of 5-0. The game MVP was Dan Jurik, who pitched 6 shutout innings for Nirchi's to pick up the win.

No player who plays in less than 9 games for his team is allowed to participate in the playoffs. This is a very important rule that we will be sticking to stringently. I would like an e-mail from every manager after your last regular season game, with your playoff roster including players' names and how many games they have appeared in.

The Southern Tier Adult Baseball League is a competitive league for men ages 18 and over, based in Binghamton, New York, has been a member of the nation-wide Men's Adult Baseball League (MABL) since 1999. The 2007 STABL Champions are Vestal Nirchi's, managed by Steve Kraly. The STABL has players of all backgrounds and skill levels; many STABL players are former college players, while some have even played professional baseball.
