Investment Opportunities
Due to the
recent great success of my previous land project I am now looking onto a new
venture and offering investment opportunities with excellent returns.
I plan to have
this project complete by Easter 2003 at the latest as high season is
approaching and I have had a lot of interest in the project already. However to
make things easy and legal I am putting a year investment plan together
although as I said I am almost certain it will be completed a long way before
that.
The project I am
looking at now is a 10 rai project which is 16 000sqm
which will be split into 10 plots and sold off individually. I have people
interested in some of the plots already but due to the fact that I must buy all
10 rai to start the project that is the reason I am
looking for investors. Here are the opportunities below;
8 700 GBP investment
15 % interest over 1 year
Total return will be 10 005 GBP
First payment would be 5 003 GBP after 6
months
The remaining amount of 5 002 GBP will be
paid on/before the contract date.
15 000 GBP investment
17.5% interest over 1 year
Total return will be 17 626 GBP
First payment would be 8 813 GBP after 6
months
The remaining amount of 8 813 GBP will be
paid on/before the contract date.
20 000 GBP investment
20% interest over 1 year
Total return would be 24 000 GBP
First payment will be 12 000 GBP after 6
months
The remaining amount of 12 000 GBP will
be paid on/before the contract date.
The investors
have the chance to buy either whole plots or half plots at a reduced price
should they so decide. The prices are below;
1 Rai published
price = 8 300 GBP (Investors price = 7 800 GBP)
I/2 Rai
published price = 4 500 GBP (Investors price = 4 200 GBP)
2 Rai published
price = 16 000 GBP (Investors price = 15 000 GBP)
Should you wish
to invest half and buy half that is also possible and the rates would be worked
from the above quotes. Basically it can be worked around your preferences.
Decisions need to be made not later than
